Transmission cross member mod complete. I moved it back 5 3/8" from what I measured.

Thanks guys! The Blazer is pretty important to me. It's the first truck I ever built. I bought it when I was 17 (25 now) and could not have done it without S10forum. The internet is a pretty awesome thing these days.

I have decided that before I install the transmission I want to run my fuel lines. I've been doing some reading and there's a lot of different opinions out there, -8,-6,-10? I'm kind of thinking I want to do -10 feed and -8 return and set it up for E85. But then will the stock return fuel lines still work good enough? Any advice?

I pulled the stock passenger side manifold off to test fit the trick manifold. It fits pretty awesome! Should be plenty of room for a custom down pipe and the oil dipstick even bolted right back up to the head with only a little grinding needing to be done on the mounting tab of the dip stick.

I was a little stumped on the A/C line clearance so I got on the forum and did some searching. I grabbed the fitting with a crescent wrench and yanked it over and out of the way so it now aims forward.

Also ran the 4l80 input speed sensor wire and terminated it in the computer (pins 22 and 23 on the green connector) Picture is before I ran it through the loom to the NSS.

Held the cross member up around the 80e to see what room I have for gussets.

And then cut and welded gussets at an angle so they don't hold too much sand and dirt.

Ha, yup. Just finished a top end in a buddy's 1998 ZR600 a few days ago. No other damage, the chunks stayed between the rings until we pulled the cylinder.

It's been slow progress over the last few weeks. I decided to wait on the 80e install so that I can run my -10 feed and -8 return fuel lines while it's out and there's a lot of room to work with. So it took a little while to figure out some an idea of what fittings I'll need and that stuff. I'm expecting the lines to come today so I can get going on this again.

Dual Walbro 450s that I'll have to figure out how I'm going to stick in the stock bucket.

The trick manifold requires angled plug wires so I made those.

And then had a buddy make me a down pipe flange to fit the PT88 so I wouldn't have to spend an effing $120 through precision. He made a few more if anybody else needs one too.
