Default 03 RCSB Build

Former daily driver that has naturally gone to far. Blew the rear in it years ago. Rebuilding the rear snowballed into what you see now after side lining the project for awhile to acquire parts.

Rear setup is:
- Yukon grizzly locker w/4.10
- Strange 1350 pinion yoke
- Moser cover
- Reklez c-notch
- Calvert split monoleafs
- Caltracs bars w/Funkhouser mounts
- 417 Motorsports front leaf spring hangers
- Funkhouser racecars sliders, ARB, through bolt spring perches, lower spring plates, shock mounts

Still have a decent amount of fab work left which I can take no credit for on the welding. Good friend of mine wanted a new welder and I needed lots of fab work on 2 vehicles so that was a good deal in my opinion.

Also have full front suspension, turbo setup, fuel system and some other random stuff. Truck is a 4.8 5speed truck. Wanted to get full drivetrain, suspension, and fuel system completed before working on power. Rear frame portion of vehicle i power washed with hotsee pressure washer before fab work. Got the frame wax off very well.

As far as the plan for the truck. would like to have a fully built truck I can drive on the weekends, car shows, local events, drag and drive, and track. Plan is to retain A/C and go hydra-boost.

Did some mock up today. Have to roll the rear back under it. Build wheel cribs to get the truck sitting on 4 wheels. Set pinion angle, tack weld the rear to the perches, and then pull rear to fully weld the perches. Then bars for the arb upper mounts and upper shock mount. After that stuff is done will figure out placement for the fuel cell.

Rear is tacked in. Next is upper shock mount bar and ARB bar. Followed by mounting the fuel cell.
