Yeah, my Aeromotive X1 says the same thing in the manual. It does fire right up when turning the ignition from off to start. But if I turn to accessory and wait a bit before turning it over, it takes a few seconds before firing up.

Is that a 2014 and up overflow tank? Do you have anymore pictures of how it’s mounted? That looks nice and clean

Thanks for the support guys. The truck is back up and running. I had some grounding issues which in turn fried my ecm. Big shout out to Atomic Richard for taking care of the tuning this far and being patient with my electrical troubleshooting. The symptoms were slow power windows, slow power seats especially with lights on. This put a serious load on the electrical system and would cause the factory gauge needles to swing and reset along with the enrage and abs light to illuminate. The issue was, well, I just flat out never reinstalled the factory ground from hood to firewall and engine to firewall. I installed the 2 factory grounds and a used 03 Escalade ecm with tune, and all is well. I did also throw in some new rear fender liners and swap out the piece of **** turbo blanket for a baller DEI black titanium t6 blanket which wasn’t cheap but I really wanted something good looking and also match the wrap on the downpipe.

The truck is now at the paint shop getting some love. Respraying the front bumper, grill, hood, mirror caps, roof, 3 piece street scene bed cap spoiler and rear bumper. Once the truck is back and freshly painted parts installed, it should be ready for more boost.

Up untill now, I’m already questioning the boost response at 6-8. Hopefully it gets better when it gets turned up another 10 psi.

That turbo will be a turd at 6-8 psi.

Assuming that's a 6.0 you've got, you're gonna need to get it up over 20 psi to work optimally.

What are the specs on the turbine and the turbine housing? Sorry didn’t see them listed.

It’s an off the shelf S400SX4 T6 A/R 1.32 80mm with race cover.

The coolant ant expansion tank is a 2007+ Tahoe tank. I made a bracket to mount it. When I get it back from paint I’ll take some pictures of how it mounted.
