I can't decide what color to paint the bed cover.

Very interesting choice for exhaust exit. Did you take into account low/high pressure zones when picking that location?

Is the bed cover just aluminum sheet with Dzus fasteners, or is there additional bracing that's not show in the pics?

The bed cover has aluminum angle as a frame it doesn't flip or bounce at all and on the exhaust I couldn't really find to much info on the area on how much it would actually affect the air I mean that is a low pressure zone on the truck so what do you think it would do. F1 uses the exhaust to hit a rear diffuser and the tires to create a blanket effect and put more downforce over the rear and create less turbulence behind it. They even have the motors Rev up high in the corners even when the drivers foot lifts.

I wanted a bed cover and not some heavy pos and it cost me about 60 bucks to make. Uses zus tabs to hold it down. I don't like using stuff that's alrdy made if I can build it that's my first option.

Clean build.
Fab work is nice and very clean welds.
Have you had a chance to Dyno/or drive it.

Thank you. Yea I'm driving it still working on th we tune with mike from new era. I should be getting the z06 map sensor today so we cam read boost in the hptuners. We're having an issue. Either I made an extremely efficient kit and at 8.5lbs of boost it's alrdy pushed the fuel system to its limit which mike has never seen or something else is going on.

What's in the system for fuel needs?
