Got the pass side dp done you guys think it throws it off to much?
Should I try and copy the driver side? Or leave it?

It all looks incredibly impressive. I don't know how sensitive a tt set up is to differences in down pipe bends or restrictions that are different. I would think it could lead to one turbo spinning faster creating different exhaust manifold pressures and therefore making one side of the motor flow a lot more air.

There is no way to fit the down pipe over the exhaust manifold like on the pass side?

No not at all not with a tubular manifold sucks. That's why I stepped it up to 3.5 from 3 inch to make sure it wouldn't I'll hit up Joe at comp tomorrow see what he says.

How come a lot of guys use pie cuts instead of mandrel bends? Just for tighter turns?

Yes you can get a much tighter radius.

How long until we start taking things to the level that a hydroformed bend that maintains a steady volume throughout the pipe is worth while? There are some fairly slick exhaust systems out there that accomplish this. They enable insanely tight bends with very minimal negative effects on flow characteristics.
