Looks so much better than where it started! Great work man.
My first truck was a 73 K10 single cab. Reminds me so much of it. Makes me really want to get one and start my own project.

It looks way better in person. I can't wait to drop it the last 2" with the springs and cut the fenders and go wheeling. Should be night and day from what it was. Hopefully it won't be so tippy and will actually flex instead of just twisting and now that I've got tires with sidewalls that will actually flex. This thing may actually be decent off road.

No more mud. This thing spent most of its life in it and I'm tired of it raining on me working on it. Rocks yes. I've got a few vids on YouTube of it. I'm aiming to go out to Hidden Falls in May assuming everything comes in and I get it installed. I've also got a set of DIY4x tube doors with wahoo handles and cup holders on the way.

That would be bad *** but would get destroyed on the first rock climb. I did debate going full fiberglass body like my dad's bronco I built but decided that the rust advantage wasn't enough to overcome the ease of sheet metal repair.

Sheet metal repair is so much easier than trying to fix fiberglass for sure.

5psi, a 150lbs in the bed, and it still scraped the top just a touch but she's in. Went ahead and aired the tires back to 35psi. I won't be driving it until after the springs are on. Now I can work on the thing and not be rolling around in grass.
