With no front shocks it was incredibly nice. Very controlled and no bouncing.

I can’t wait to get it on some real rocks. Need to spend some time driving it and trying to flex it and get everything retorqued before I go.

So the crossover is worth the effort and the dollars you think then? I am contemplating doing it on my 90 K5 too but don't want to spend the money on all the stuff I would need for it lol.

I’ve driven it for all of 1 mile in my neighborhood. Most of the improvement I’m feeling is almost certainly from the new steering box haha.

I should be getting off early enough tomorrow that I can bolt in the shocks and go for a better drive.

cross over has been worth the effort on everything I've put it on. Which amounts to an 85 Toyota and a solid swapped Nissan, so not much

when I get my Tahoe SAS'd, 12/10 getting crossover. Biggest issue generally is bump steer, but get the panhard parallel with the steering link and it's a none issue 👌🏻

I dunno. I have never really had issues with driving them with the stock steering so unless it's something vastly improved I am not going to do it. But once you get more than 1 mile you will know for sure haha. What I should do is add the hummer H3 Calipers and rotors to the front that I have had sitting around forever.

Truthfully unless you are off roading a lot I’d stay with the stock steering. I never had a problem with it.

What would be nice is a way to move the crossover from right in dead center of the front axle... it's hard to find an old square that's even stock height with a straight one.
