well, to be fair: from what i had to go on at the time, she looked more like Jane Fonda 40yrs ago.

...but since you put it that way, that makes a big difference.

After a rebuild on the Holley 4150 double pumper and a TCI shift kit in the trans, I finally got to drive it around and dang. This truck is actually fun to drive. Peppy and responsive. It’s not a manual valve body but I’m having so much fun shifting it I think I’m gonna order a ratchet shifter.

Not much of a post but took it out for the first time since my last post. Idle is a bit low but it drives great. Need to play with the governor and shift modulator some. 1-2 shifts at 2000 and 2-3 shifts at 3500. Otherwise it runs and drives great.

Still waiting on the distributor and fuel pump for the 383. Mean time I’m just saving up for the 4L80e rebuild and circle d converter.

So this happened in the o’reilly’s parking lot today. This is a PSC box that’s maybe a year old and has 500 miles on. I’ve got the ORD plates and brace. And of course it happens when I’ve got my Durango torn apart so now my daily and back up are down. Mf’er I hate 2021.
