The Evil energy V bands I had someone weld in for me would never seal, idk what their problem was. I did put a 4” in myself and it was good, although I think I replaced the nut.

Had an hour or so to kill tonight so I got the tank mocked up, removed a bunch of the old hard line, found a place for the filter, and started mocking up the feed line. Need to find a spot on the firewall for the regulator and get a few more fittings.

Got a couple of hours out here today. Not the most enjoyable thing to work on but it’s gotta get done. Got a few more fittings coming for the feed lines on the front of the rails and I’ll get that buttoned up. Need to figure out what size the fittings on the sending unit are so I can get the correct adapter and finish the fuel system a 100%.

Plan for the fuel system is run the feed to the front of the engine, y-block, dual feed the front of the rails, run the back of the rails into the regulator, and then the return straight back to the tank.

Did a few little things but decided to start a list and get it out of my head. Honestly there’s not much but what there is is time consuming.

I have lists like that too. They are so helpful in actually completing projects. Make everything seem a bit more streamlined and achievable.
