Cooling system is done. Yes I know I need a new upper radiator mount. No, I don’t care the shroud isn’t sealed. This will get me running though.

If you are wondering why the red bushings, I somehow lost the brand new ones I bought a few years ago so I had to reorder and all they had in stock was red. Yes it drives me nuts but again, it gets me running. Plus, red means race truck.

You trying to say I’m slow?

Probably right though but I can at least mark the cooling system as complete now and that’s one more item checked off the list. Got all the parts to run the trans cooler, need to buy plugs, filters, and fluids, wire the starter and efi, and then see what happens. I’m off every Friday for the rest of the year so I’ll have time to work on it.

Only busting your chops. Definitely moving at a good pace

I have 5 days left. I want to use one or two for deer hunting. We’ll see.

I'm itching to get to the lease but it won't happen until January. To much family stuff happening between now and then.

Managed lease. We get to hunt until February.

And not the managed lease where everyone gets a 14pt buck. It’s just 500 acres of high fenced land that the owner released white tails on.

Transmission cooler is installed and plumbed. Think I’m going to add some support up top for it so it doesn’t vibrate itself to death.

Found the stock radiator mounts for the small block radiator I’ve got. Gotta grab my nut sert kit from dad and then get those installed and that’ll help fix the gap between the shroud and radiator.

Pulled some more wires out and got rid of a couple more boxes of stuff.

Question for those with the Holley terminator, where and or how did you run the harnesses into the cab? These things are rather large and I’d like to avoid drilling a 3” hole in my firewall if possible. Wiring is my next big hurdle.

Why not drill the hole and just put a big ol grommet or somethin?
