it really is. i think if you have a 350 you can use your stock radiator. i have a 4.3 so im not going to chance it, ill just spend the money now and put the 32" and e fans.
the list really isnt long unless you pick up a NNBS (GenIV i think) engine like i did.
fuel pump is really simple, fuel fittings is kinda costly but really good quality. the only reason why im going all out is if i ever wreck this truck the combo is getting pulled and thrown in an S10 to be a sleeper

i don't know why it looks like the top of the valve cover has runs in it. it's in the cast i'd guess. oh well, you can't see it anyways.

well, didnt get anything done on the truck other than order the parts to change the lifters in the motor.

if you do a NNBS engine 4.8,5.3,6.0 you need the following just to change the lifters.
(4) 12595365 (LS7 lifter trays)
(1) 12499225 (LS7 7,000 RPM lifters)
(2) 17800568 (head bolts for newer motor)
(2) 12589226 (Gen IV head gaskets)

cam kit if you plan on doing a cam too
12499228 its normally back ordered.
just figure out what you need and order it seperate. it's a little more costly IMO but you wont have to wait lol.

E-fans and Nelson harness should be here today.

parts still needed:
34" Radiator
SS Braided Line
a few more AN fittings
Fuel pump
Nelson Harness which will be ordered as soon as the lifters are changed
98 350 throttle cable and cruise cable
3:73s detroit tru-trac
heater hoses and clamps
Tune
custom 3" exhaust
some misc bolts and such
