youve got to build a lightweight crossmemeber. hard to tell from the pics, looks like you might have already cut it up and put plate on the bottom of it.

like the exhaust.

I need to go subscribe to your build to keep me up to date. I have had the AMS 1000 hooked up for a bit with CO2 but havent been able to use it cause overboosting issues cant wait to get it all sorted out. Thanks for the Pic!!
Just put good fuel in it and let it eat. lol

Yes TJ you are correct, i could prolly drop some weight by incorporating my drive shaft loop in with a light weight cross member! Ill put that on my to do list, just really havent taken the time to do it

Sounds like fear. We don't have time for fear!

22lbs of boost how much hp does that apriximate to? Just the boost alone600-800? You can't controll the truck with it just doing what it wants?

Heres a pic of the second 50mm JGS wastegate, now i have full control over boost with the AMS1000 and CO2, went for a test spin and the new turbo on 10#'s feels like the old turbo on 15#'s!! Didnt get to run this weekend cause the turbo seems to be burning oil out the exhaust housing so ima try some different restrictors... Heres a couple pics of the wastegate setup and my polish job on the 91mm

It would hit the frame where it goes to the passenger side of the motor by the starter...
