thats my stance on it. I could have 3k into my 4l60e and still not feel "safe" with it. Where as Ill have $1500 into my 4l80e (before converter) and i wont worry about a thing with my power level.

ya it should be. waiting on the weather to warm up. Supposed to get down to 9 tonight. 64 on Sunday though lol.
Started getting the TB polished up. Figured I might as well clean up what I can. Going to paint the motor black so it should look alright.

Converter has been ordered. Circle D Pro Series Multi Disk 258mm 3b (3500 stall speed). Decided to go with the Multi disk for WOT lock up and if I ever decide to tow anything. Havent skimped on anything yet, might as well not start lol.

Getting closer. Circle D converter came in today. Also my Comp Trunion Upgrade. Got the shift kit installed in the trans this weekend as well. Hopefully get my heads back tonight and have the motor finished up in the next few days. Just a matter of pulling the old stuff and dropping everything in now.
