Over the weekend I completed the break in on the new rear end. I did notice a a difference. Prior to the rear end upgrade I suspected I had slippage in the tranny and its wierd. I can go 0-75 at wot but on the freeway is where it slips if I give it wot at 60 once and a while.
I bought the front and rear planets, in case my tranny goes to **** and a local shop has to rebuild it. Still collecting parts for the tranny rebuild. I was hoping I would not have to rebuild it until after the 6.0 swap but **** happens.
Video to before and after tru trac

Along with the LS7 Lifters, harned rods I am also going to get the PAC1218 from SDPC.
My tranny is behaving ok but its in the works to get one built. Can anyone point me to a billet input shaft source for a 60e?
Thanks!

I went with an alternate option I have almost all the parts for the rebuild ordered. Just waiting for them to come in the mail. I am going to post a thread on the rebuild with a video and plenty of pix. A guy in Tombal,tx is doing the rebuild. I am low on cash for a tranny from the sponsor even though FLT offered to let me pay half now and half when the trans was completed.
My truck tranny is on its last leg. I am driving a murano for now......
Your 360 should be there any day now. All the parts I bought are the high end parts.
Aside from a rebuild kit this is some of whats going in there:
TCI Hardend INPUT SHAFT & DRUM ASSEMBLY With Support ring
Teflon coated bushings.
Torrington Bearling kit
Hardend pump rings
Beast Sunshell (replaced my current Beast)
AC DELCO 5 pinion Panets
BORG WARNER INPUT SPRAG 29 ELEMENT DUAL guage
Red Eagle + Koleen steels
3/4 Clutches
Foward clutches
Low reverse clutches
Reverse clutches for the new reverse clutch
Aluminum accumilator with no pins
Extra Wide Kevlar band & new Reverse drum
Hardend Pump rings
4th vette servo
HD2 Shift kit

Man Man its a nice feelign when parts come in the mail. I received my Transgo HD2 in the mail and TCI hardend Shaft and drum assembly with The Beast sunshell. Durring lunch I am going over to buy the rest of the parts. So far I have put $1109.78 in the rebuild parts. Some might not be listed. Cant wait to have the 60e rebuilt this weekend. Should be ready monday afternoon. I did not want to spend the $ for an 80e conversion to support my 6.0 swap

Could not pass the opertunity up. I will be getting the swap done in October.
Regarding the VVT delete, I had a cam grinded and the Installer is going to use some of my 5.3 timing components. There is a kit for sale some where online that included all the parts.
Did you get your ly6 put in?
