That sounds equal parts boring and intriguing. Knew a girl that would ride jet skis from Galveston to Pensacola. Think I’ll fly.

added some hood vents. They look better in person and the black and silver contrast brings allot of the black contrast with the rest of the front end. I’ve had them sitting on a shelf for like 6 years now and figured why not this hood isn’t anything special.

The first time it was a huge group from all over the country, now he goes with 3 other guys and they don’t even have a chase boat.

them vents seem awful far forward to help with venting exhaust manifold heat.

There’s no inner fenders. The headers get plenty of ventilation. My thoughts were mostly where they looked best sitting on the hood for one and heat extraction for the intake for the other aspect but it really doesn’t matter. I mostly like how they look on the truck. I’m really loving how the truck looks though. Excited to put the 5.13 gears in it too. I forgot how much faster this truck is then my s10 or z71 Silverado.

Lightened the truck up a little more today. The sheet metal I cut out only came out to 4lbs a side but the rear door panels were 8lbs each and the back trim pieces were just under 4lbs each so I dropped about 32lbs total. Been debating on if new seats would be worth it I know the stock ones are pretty heavy.
