Default 2000 Sierra RCSB, New Project

After looking for awhile I finally came up with a RCSB, 5.3 with all the options I was looking for, the G80 rear end, and all power interior. Would have liked the dark interior, but this is the closest I have found after looking for about a year. This will just be a log to keep track of everything I do to the truck. Won't be a super fast build.

Heres how I picked it up from the dealer, with 89xxx on the clock

So far I've just done some cheap quick things to clean it up a little. Sanded and buffed the head lights, tail lights, and 3rd brake light. Swapped in another working factory radio I had, replaced the door spearkers with another component setup (running off factory headunit for now), cleared the front light, removed the bed rails, removed the emblems, swapped the interior lights with some leds, and been cleaning the hell out of the interior.

Plan on a drop of 4/7 is as soon as I figure out what spindles to go with. I'm coming from s-10's where it didnt matter what spindle you went with, they all didnt have problems , cam, long tubes, redo the exhaust has duals now, and hopfully pick up a set of billet 22's a friend has sitting in a garage.

Just pulled the sweet purple tint last night, got an apt today to get it all redone. It was the easiest tint I've pulled. Left behind no glue.

Looks good man, I would suggest mcgaughys 17+(or 16+)2" spindles, that's what I'm running and I love them..only problem I've had is turning radius which you will lose with any aftermarket spindle

A friend of mine had a set of 22" colorado customs setting in his garage that I'm truck to get. They are curbed and need tires so i'm hoping I can get them cheap. I also have a set of 22" escalade wheels, but 1 have a crack that needs repaired and they all need tires, are the chrome is pealing.
