Default headers

I got mine installed, no clearence issues went right in. Only had one issue pop up, I was unable to get my passenger band clamp on at the end of the header. the slip fit connection went too close to the 02 sensor bung, but since it is such a snug slip fit and being SS, I have had no leaking. over all the install went great, yours should be about the same.

I just have a few bolts in loose to hold them in place since it took so long to get them there. They are branded XS power on the side of them, but there was a group buy in GMFS.com so I picked them up. I know they dont have the greatest rep over hear but they are working nice so far.

EDIT: I dont have them bolted in since I need to order some new gaskets since mine came apart when I took off the old manifolds.

Yeah I had the same problem. I just notched out one band clamp to go around the o2 bung.

New wires compared to factory, ordered from summit for a GTO, they come with the 90* wires like the NNBS trucks

Y-pipe exiting, still have to get a piece of stainless to run to my muffler. It looks like its touching the trans pan, but its not.

Coil packs before I cleaned them, and you can see the missing header bolt. Broke off flush.

Finally got it down off the jack stands. Put on the magnaflow muffler, still needs some work, but until the muffler shop opens up this week it'll do. Heres a few vids, 2 in cab and one form the outside.

Snapped a few pics since I dont have any with the new headlights, and without the exhaust tips out back anymore.

Then back in the garage up on stands getting ready to start taking stuff apart. Thats where I stopped since we lost all the heat in the garage by moving cars around. I'll start in this weekend on more progress.

Hey did the notches come with a paper to trace your cuts with? I just bought a notch kit and it didn't come with anything.

If you bought a belltech notch, just call their tech support. They can email you the template.
