If you have any recommendations, please let us know! Building this with the help of mdwatts11, and this is our first turbo build. We will see how far we get with this and then add parts as necessary.

A lot of parts came in within the last few days so we spent about 6 hours working on the truck today.

The wheels got banged up by UPS so they will have to wait. We did get the shocks and shackles put on however, the sway bar will have to wait until we can take the exhaust off because it mounts right where the exhaust is welded onto the frame. Judging by the instructions we also need to drop the fuel tank and might as well wait for the Walbro 450 to get here.

Then we did the gauges. Got them all wired for power but only the boost gauge is working fully right now. We are waiting on fittings for the fuel pressure sending unit and we will just wait on the wideband for the turbo.

On to the pics.

Going to be fun when you get the turbo up and running. Looks like we have very similar builds and goals in mind.

Thanks guys! Its been a while since we have worked on the truck. Got a few things done though! The wheels came in yesterday so had those put on. They are machined NNBS 20s with 275/55/20 Nitto 420s. Excuse the dirty truck.

The turbo kit should be here anytime now. Also trying to figure out where to get Jake's transmission shipped because it needs a loading dock. That should be ready soon also.

We are hoping to install everything in a few weeks.
