Sounds like an alignment issue to me too. Don't know what else it could be.

 

i think it would throw the belt of it was an alignment issue, ill try using a longer belt, and this time turn the a/c off before hitting wot lol,even though its ridiculously hot over here

 

Are you still using the stretch belt without a tensioner? If so, you may want to revert to the older style belt in conjunction with installing the tensioner from an earlier model. I believe there have been others that have run into this same issue and that seemingly cured it.
