Lip spacing and tire width is great and all but can you measure the outside diameter of the tires using only bills please!

The ONLY reason I still have some money is because I have been buying parts for this build for almost 2yrs... I do not make alot of money... Matter of fact I would just about bet I make less than most people on this site... I only make $320 a week...but I am always buying and selling parts to support my build
