It's not condensing. Either needs more air, condenser is clogged or your evap core is clogged

So as I'm driving down the road happily with cold air, a blockage would suddenly appear? I'd consider throwing a condenser and new orface tube at it and trying again. I refuse to pull the dash part tho.

Throw a condenser and orifice tube and dryer with orings at it. Flush the evap core.

How new is the compressor?

I'd do an AC rebuild and flush the system

Have you ever stuff in it with stop leak? that could part of the issue, if you have

Huh compressors are surprisingly cheaper than I thought. $158 on amazon. I can get the compressor, orifice tube, drier and condenser for $254 and here by Friday. I guess it makes sense to just do that.

That's everything AC-Delco except the condenser which is Climaparts but has good reviews and is half price.
