I have considered doing dual frequency 1/4 wave resonators too. The first rendition cancelled the 1500-1800 (around town cruising rpm) but still droned horribly in the 2000-2300 (interstate cruising rpm) range so I shortened it to get the interstate cruising good and just keep it in 3rd bebopping around town.

Figured out my VCM Editor won't work. 2 different cords were bad, I was convinced it was a software problem since the scanner worked fine, the MPVI lit up as if it was getting power like normal and the cords also still work fine on my phone. I guess the VCM Editor is just very picky.

No more leaky V band! For now.... not sure how long these will last but it sure works well now. I thought I ordered MLS gaskets but copper is cool too.
7k tach cluster came in as well, it will be another 2,800miles before I install it tho.

what?! you thunk ahead enough to order it with mileage beyond your original cluster so's you can swap it out at the right time & it still be accurate?
gotta say... i'm impressed!
just don't it up & forget it at home for the drive where you have to change the cluster on the side of the road.

Yeah I request 273k thinking it would take weeks to get the cluster, never imagined I'd get it in 2-3 days. Its alright gives me time to get the Fast cooler in and figure out how I want to do the sensor wiring and yada yada. Still trying to figure out what fluid I want to run this time around. The castrol Syntorq is nowhere to be found, the Amsoil GL4 is crazy expensive right now for some reason and there are rumors the RedLine or Royal Purple GL4 aren't good for the carbon synchros. I remember weeding through all this BS a year or 2 ago but I don't remember what conclusion I came to.

yeah, the nv4500's a weird beast, though. you can't just throw any old syncromesh fluid in it. it has to be GL-4 spec, or it'll kill the internals a LOT quicker.
i ran the AmsOil in mine, but RedLine was another i'd heard was alright. the GM & Mopar branded fluids are still another option.
and weren't t56s speced for ATF? i know mine is.
