I don't think DIC and wheel controls are plug-and-play. If they are I will very much consider an esky wheel.
What do you mean by "No trip came standard"? My previous cluster had Trip A and Trip B but this one is fancy as fuh with Business and Personal.

No, trip came standard.
I wouldn't say plug and play but from what I remember they are actually. You just need the proper cluster and then the controls. Since you have personal and business in your cluster it is already programmed for it you just need the wheel.
