do what i did, got my wife a 02 4.8 silv rcsb stepside truck, lowered it 2/4, volant cai, all body colored bumpers, mirror inserts etc and some later model avalanche wheels with some low profile rubber. this way if i have to use her truck at least its still cool and fun lol

Put it this way. When we met I had an 05 Civic. I deployed to Afghanistan, and that car became hers. When I returned I bought a 94 Caprice, and made it a very nice car. We then moved to Dallas for me to Recruit, and I sold the Caprice, and bought a 2000 SS Camaro. Did some work to it, kept it a year, then sold it. I then bought a 2010 Silverado Texas Edition. About 3 weeks ago I told her I wanted a 6.2L truck, and the very next day I traded the Silverado in, and bought my Denali.
I am not getting rid of the Denali, so in essence I will have "two trucks". Before this I think I owe her something she can show off a bit. Probably a new Charger, or maybe a Challenger... Then I will get my S10.

Might be a while before it see's any track time, no use wastin gas and money when I know it won't do anythin remotely close to hookin up lol 16.50's at 105 mph? lol I went ahead and threw the V10 badges on, already got one ticket since I been here, if I had put the V6 badges on I wouldn't be able to drive a mile without someone tryin me. I have already had fun with a few diesel guys, titan, few various chevy trucks. I can tell no one expects this body style ram to run as good as it does. I'm gonna be drivin it back and forth to work this week, so we'll see what kinda gas mileage it gets, if I can keep my foot out of it, and if I don't get locked up havin fun on hwy 90.

It was 4450-4500 or so with the 5.2 and with the rear bumper on if curb weights are to be believed in car and driver and a few other auto rags. I removed the bumper(-100-125 lbs) and added the V10, so I figger it's around 4800 at the most. I could be wrong but if memory serves me correct a reg cab srt10 was 5400 lbs or so.
