Default 800+ hp sierra

Well here it goes, this is going to be my attempt at building an 800+ hp sierra. I already have the motor and alot of parts for it and im still gathering more and I have worked out a deal and plan on picking the truck up that I will be using on Wednesday. I am welcoming any and all suggestions on things that I should or shouldnt do. I will update the thread with more pictures when I get the chance which probably wont be until I pick the truck up.

The plan is to run an s480 and water/meth on pump gas to achieve my goals, below I will list all of the things that I have right now and then a second list of all the things I plan on getting.

so far the block is ready to go as far as its cleaned up, painted, honed, cam bearings installed. rods and pistons are not in the block. The heads are not cleaned up nor do they have any of the guts that I am going to use in them yet, in fact I just got them about a week ago.

The block is an iron 5.3 (LM7) out of a chevy silverado that is bored to 3.908" (.010 over LS1)
scat H-Beam rods 4340 with arp rod bolts
Stock 5.3 crank
arp main studs
arp front cover bolts
arp valley cover bolts
arp cam gear bolts
arp pro series head bolts
arp balancer bolt
arp oil pan bolts
chevy performance cam retainer plate
comp adjustable billet double roller
ported ls6 oil pump
ls7 lifters
mahle coated forged pistons -16 cc # LS1314908I16
ls3 lifter trays
holley high rise intake manifold
holley fuel rails
ls9 head gaskets
chevy performance ls2 rocker arms
Trick performance T6 truck style manifold
241 heads
manley stainless intake and exhaust valves

that is what i have for now, some parts I got when I purchased the motor but many I have purchased sense

Things I am going to get:
Turbo: billet s480 96mm turbine wheel T6 1.32 A/R exhaust housing
Fuel pumps: twin intank walboro 255 or 300's
Fuel pressure regulator: ???
Rear end: Moser M9
suspension: going to 4 link it but not sure what components yet
Trans: Built 4l80e from Jakes performance
Injectors: 95 lb/hr dekas
Wastegate: Precision PW46
Water/meth:???
Catch can and setup:???
Flexplate: TCI 4l80e flexplate
Torque Converter:???
Throttle body: fast billet aluminum throttle body

Obviously there is alot of things that I am missing. Like I said im open for all suggestions and I will need some help in this.

I like the way you roll, nice built engine before a truck to put it in. I cant wait to see how this turns out.

I would do dual walbro 400s. Same size and price as the 255s but much better. Also make sure you upgrade the wiring to the pumps.

Alky control makes a nice meth kit.

Aeromotive and fuel lab make nice fuel pressure regulators.

You will probably want to vent the PCV system to atmosphere through a vented can. Any can with a vent will do.

You can save a good bit of money but skipping the ARP hardware for the cover bolts, that's not needed at all.

thanks I'll look into all of that, and I didnt know the 400's were the same size but that works out well. But as far as the ARP hardware, the few bolt kits that I got were inexpensive Christmas presents.

Gonna need much larger gate then a 46 to properly control that turbo

I have a precision 66mm for a s475 t6 1.32 96 combo

Did a manifold for someone who had a billet s480 and uses a jegs 50mm and has creep...gate placement is similar
