I have a precision 66mm for a s475 t6 1.32 96 combo

Did a manifold for someone who had a billet s480 and uses a jegs 50mm and has creep...gate placement is similar
The manifold I have says it has a 46mm flange for the wastegate, would I be able to run a bigger gate then a 46 then? Is the size of the flange on the manifold and the size of the gate different?

But time for an update. Its 4 AM here and I just came inside (Im used to being up at night as I work nights) but I went out and officially picked up the truck and got it home. It also is very torn down already.

A little background info on it: its a 2000 GMC Sierra, Pewter in color, SCSB 2wd and it is also a step side. The truck is 100% rust free as it came from Louisiana ( its a big deal here in Michigan), and has a few scratches and minor dents and the clear coat is peeling slightly. It was a v6 truck and the motor blew, the motor and trans were already pulled and in the bed.

I will get further with it tomorrow and will most likely have another update. Im getting ready to do another parts order and I think Im going to get some undercoating for the frame and plumb the fuel system/ get the pumps and set that up.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone again for the help so far on this.

Thanks! I figured if I was building it before I had the truck I may as well make it look as good as possible

You may have to add another gate in the crossover

Oh, that's fine as I am going to just make my own crossover instead of buying one. Thanks for clearing that up though.

So over the last few days I've continued stripping the truck down and getting the frame ready for paint. I ordered a gallon of POR 15 that should be here sometime next week. I am starting to get all my stuff together to start the fuel system and I am running into a problem that has me stumped. So I see everyone running dual pumps in a factory returnless bucket as the returnless one is bigger but I dropped the factory tank out of the truck and was looking at the bucket and I noticed that there is no room for a wider bucket in this tank due to the hole in the top of the tank being only slightly larger than the bucket. My question is, do the v6 trucks have a different tank and sending unit than the v8 trucks? or are the returnless tanks usless as well?

more updates coming soon, I just need to make up my mind on what project I am going to tackle next.

looks like ill be ordering more paint then, I was reading that many people used a little over 3 qts for the frame but I guess ill find out.

Is your bucket returnless? I have my factory bucket and factory pump in front of me and if I had two of them I feel like they wouldnt fit even with heavy modification

do you by chance have any pics of your pumps and how they are set up? I am trying to figure out what all I will have to cut out of this bucket to make it work
