You need the whole tank from a returnless setup, not just the bucket.

That's what I thought, thanks for clearing this up atomic. Through all the research so far it seems as you know your fuel systems pretty well. If you don't mind I may be PM'ing you if I hit a kink when I'm doing mine

okay so its been a while sense an update, ive been busy with work and many other things but good news is I have most of the frame painted with an exception to a few spots that ill do when I get suspension components! I will post pics of the frame in a bit because for some reason they are taking forever to download to my computer.

But on another note I have a few questions for you guys that I figured id ask in here before making a new thread for them

first one being turbo specs, so I have a guy that can get me a charger at cost once he gets specs. Ive been doing some research and so far what ive come up with is billet wheel s480 undivided T6 housing 87mm turbine wheel and 1.10a/r. Anyone feel that the turbine wheel is a little big? thats the only thing I am worried about over the 83mm wheel.

second question being how I am going to go about lowering the rear, ive read a few different places that flip kits dont go well with higher hp, anyone have more info on this?

once again, pics of the frame will be up soon.

I'm going to keep the leafs and run caltracs, I'm wondering if there's a downfall going flip kit vs. no flip kit that is going to hurt track times

got the crossmember for the trans today. Bought it from Ferocity02 and if anyone comes across anything he's selling he is great to deal with! also got the line and fittings for the oil drain for the turbo and will be doing all of that in a few days. I will get pictures of the crossmember and a few others uploaded in the next few days. I think I am going with the belltech lowering kit that has the different spring hangers so I will not end up doing a flip kit. Thats the next thing to order other than the cam kit. I'll update the thread in a few day with pictures

Frame looks great! Random question, but did your frame have the waxy type coating on it? If so did you remove it all or just paint over it? Mine has this black wax/ under coating on it.

Thanks! But yeah it did but only in some places and more so on the back section of the frame. But I found it scraped off my frame fairly easy with a gasket scraper and then cleaned up pretty well with a pretty heavy grit orbital or palm sander.
