Guess I should be more clear, my powder coater does ceramic too. The hot side is black ceramic and the cold side is powder.

Nice project and great attention to detail. 70mm on a 5.3 with an 80e is fun all day long
So all I did was take a pair of vise grips, a heavy gauge washer and part of a muffler clamp that was the same size as my intercooler piping. On one side of the jaws I welded the washer and the other I centered the muffler clamp over the washer. This creates a die that when clamped together over the edge of the pipe the washer creates a indentation on the pipe and the muffle clamp holds the shape and provides the relief area to dent the pipe. It takes some time to do the beads but works great as a cheap tool when in a bind or if you dont plan on doing beads that much. I will get more pics of the clamp so that you can see what I am talking about.

I made the log out of weld-els and pipe to make sure I have a thick wall.

Atomic,
Here are some pics that will clear up the tool. This is a total manual process and you have to walk the tool around the pipe, but with the vise grips its easy and you can also control the depth of the bead by tightening them.

Thanks man, Its been fun so far. The headlights are stock but the black in the grille makes them look different for some reason.
