No it wont stick to aluminum...I had one broke off in the very back drivers side head caught the sound deadner stuff on the firewall on fire but finally got it out. Its a pain in the *** but a lot easier than removing the head.

Hmmmm. Yeah i dunno able welding it on the truck. I will just have to wait and see. It is at the very back.

I will probably start next week on it. After doing the suspension stuff over the last week i am wore out. But that damn exhaust leak is pissing me off, it is sooooo annoying.

This is what you need. If you have a right angle drill, no welding and I know these work. I've used this set for exactly the broken bolt you're talking about...

But try with a left hand drill bit. If its not seized in the head it might turn out with the drill bit

WOOOOO HOOOOOO, there was not a bolt broken off in that head. The threads were just screwed up. I was able to run a tap into it and not everything is good!!! Thank goodness, i was not looking forward to removing the head.

On a side note, when i dropped the oil pan and removed the oil pump and pickup tube, the pickup tube screen was covered in ****!! It looks like some gooey RTV type of **** and perhaps brissles from a brush... Anyways, i am sure that was not helping out my oil pressure...
