Actually no i did not. Once i got the oil temp gauge on the truck the temps only go about 5-10* above coolant temp while sitting in traffic. Normally they run 180* which is cooler than the coolant temp

From the port above the oil filter, the same spot that feeds the turbo. Is there a better spot?


Also i noticed it takes awhile, probably 10-20min for it to reach 180*

Sorry i forgot to wipe. Also i did pressure wash the under side of the truck a few weeks ago so that is actually kinda clean.
