I bitched at dirty dingo for my idler pulley relocation bracket and he seemed like a good guy. Sent me a better designed bracket for free. But if you found a stronger design, probably would be better to wait it out. How come you couldn't find any stock brackets off of an F body?

Wait, wait, wait. You plan on running 20psi through your truck?

Stock fbody brackets would not line up with the ac compressor, the harmonic balancer and the 2010 camaro pump. Also since i have an iron block it only uses 2 bolts to attach the alternator, aluminum blocks have a 3 bolt hole. Sooooo long story short the stock fbody brackets would not work.

I have only made like 1 pull with the meth on. So i really cant comment since it pegged the wideband dead rich.

My old kit is was pretty seamless but the exhaust note changed.

Thanks. I changed a lot so it is hard to gauge how the intake is performing plus i have not pushed it at all yet. I have noticed 2 things about that intake.

1. The truck pulls more vacuum cruising down the highway. I take this to mean it is more efficient than my previous intake at low RPMs. Also MPG has gone up compared to when i had my old 4.10s.

2. Heatsoak.... I have not noticed an issue with high iats even in 100+ temps outside. The intake itself gets insanely hot on the outside. I went for a test drive about 20-30min. When i was done i popped the hood to work on some stuff. I had to put down a towel on the intake to keep from burning myself. Even hours later it was hot. But like i said no real impact to IATs.
