I am still messing around with the tune on the truck... I had it up to 14psi shifting at 6k and the tires hated life.... I have backed down the boost to start working on shift points to see where it looses traction... So far so good. Currently i am at about 8psi (low boost setting) and shifting at 6600, i may back that RPM down a little. So far traction is holding and the suspension is doing it's job. I am going to slowly start increasing the boost to see where traction breaks, then that will be my stage #1... As long as it is a rolling start first gear at that boost level traction is pretty decent. Eventually i want to setup stage 2 to progressively increase boost. once i find my tractionless point i will switch to working on stage 2 which will end up at 14psi. the plan is to play around with the boost and timing to ramp both up to hopefully help with the traction issues... Currently if i set it at 14psi, it spools up to quick and tires go up in flames...

What are most of you guys shifting your truck at? Mine still pulls good to 6500-6600....

Well i have been messing with the tune alot over the last few weeks. I have tried a couple different ways to tune in the meth. I have tried a couple different Meth nozzle combinations. I have also tried a couple different AFRs. I think i am finally happy. I mainly cruise around at 8psi. I have plenty of traction on decent roads. I have the 2nd stage set at 12psi which is rather sporty on street tires but still alot of fun. I believe i have the part throttle timing good. I get around 17-18mpg all highway and 13mixed city/hwy. So i am done for awhile. I am just gonna drive it. I will say some mornings the IATs are in the low 30s makes for some wicked boost runs.

Today i did my yearly clay bar, polish, and wax. The truck looks pretty good for a 11 year old truck with 120k on it. The truck has its scratches and scars but they are all mine. I bought it new with 40 miles on it 11 years ago. I cant imagine selling it. I just love working on it and driving it.
