Talked to procharger today, and they talked me out of going to a smaller blower. I told them I'd like to start with around 15 psi and not 30 lol. So they are sending an arrangement of pulleys. I'll start with a 60 crank and 58 blower. When the crank pulley is near the same size of the blower pulley it should certain knock it's ***** off.

So lets say you want to run 25psi of boost max,
You will want to run something like a 45psi base pressure, so at 25psi of boost you will be pump limited to 952 l/h which will give you about 2180rwhp worth of fuel....should be enough.
At 60psi you have enough fuel for 2000+hp on both the pump and injectors. Because it isnt rising with boost doesnt exactly mean you dont have the fuel capability, just means you need to tune for it that way.

Well, here is where I see something wrong with the graph you posted. The datalogger is telling me that flow is somewhere between 1300 and 1600 lb/hr. I'm guessing the 1600 number is wrong as it was going fat......but it aint that far off.
I know this is apples to oranges, but my engine builder dyno's stuff all the time that is nowhere near in line with the power/fuel flow graph you posted.
As for how much power it was making....I don't know, but it made 600 n/a and had 30psi of boost on it. You could do some math, but that number seems crazy. I mean they say 15 psi will basically double power.....Following that line of thinking, the math would suggest 1800 hp. Magnafuel told me that these pumps together would only support around 1400-1500 horsepower in a blown efi application. So I don't know. Some of these numbers I'm throwing around just seem excessive.
I got the intake off tonight and am taking it to Jeff Naiser's tomorrow and he's gonna make some big rails for it. Along with that, I'm gonna put more vent in the cell and give it a try again and see how it acts.
Another thing that would indicate that it is making crazy power is that the converter thats in it will flash to 6800 rpm. I called ptc about it and they said they had never seen this converter go that high. I'm sending it back Monday and they are gonna set me up with something different.

My graphs are in liters per hour, not pounds per hour and 1 lb/hr = 0.623 L/hr. I have run a bunch of cases and asked a lot of dyno operators about my numbers and they all agree its about right. But to find out what power you are actually making you need to multiply the power available based on fuel flow (second chart) by your injector duty cycle. So if you read 900hp off the chart and your injectors are at 73% then you are making something like 657rwhp.

Yeah I was out for some time, but now that I'm getting closer to finish my truck I'm back here again, and I might start a build thread for my truck although its just a small setup compare to yours.
