Little hose clamps aren't going to hold 30 psi?

They will hold just fine. Vbands just look cooler.

No the hose clamps didn't hold at 30 psi. I don't wanna wasted pass for blowing off the intercooler pipe even if it only happens once a year.............and yes they look cool.

Are we talking about the worm drive style hose clamps or T bolt clamps? The t bolts I would think would hold up as long as the pipes are bead rolled?

T bolts will hold fine but the vbands look sweet. Only thing id watch out for is gotta have something that flexes in the system depending on how things are mounted.

I'm leaving the silicon and t-bolt clamp on the blower and the throttle body is get a flex coupler.

Got the intercooler v-banded tonight. Took quiet a bit of massaging and some lathe work to get the rings on.
