Did some testing tonight. Radiator is not cracked anywhere. Cooling system will hold 22 psi forever. Did a leak down, results as follows:
1: 5%
8: 13%
7: 20%
2: 9%
6: 23%
5: 17%
4: 17%
3: 18%
Leakdown was done cold. I'll see what the engine builder says tomorrow.

I dont think you are lifting the head, because if you were it is several hundred psi and like I said the engine would be broken by now. Do you have an A2W intercooler? Maybe your intercooler has an internal leak and is pressurizing the hex.

Leak down numbers can be misleading also at times. All it takes it one shred of carbon or anything between the valve and seat to skew that in a big way. But I do agree with consulting the builder. I think what Atomic is saying is very plausible as well.

Putting 40 psi in the radiator will show nothing that 20 psi won't. The bottom line is that it is not cracked as suspected.
I'm not sure how pushing the heads would guarantee that the motor should be broke???
It's obviously pushing water from the heads lifting. The overflow system I had in place was overwhelmed by the volume and pressure that needed to escape the radiator, hence it blowing by the cap.
Couple more decisions and I'll have a plan to move forward.
