I hope nothings its hurt, I ones read a case where they were lifting the heads and they kept running the car for some time, they knew the heads were lifting cause the cooling system was loosing water, don't know for how long they ran the car like that but nothing was breaking between runs... it was a boosted setup too.

4 ft breaker bar on those head studs should do the trick

Tighten them til JUST BEFORE they break and that's as tight as you can go...

any water in oil? had same problem on my 418ci build I started loosing water half a gallon almost ...ended up I lifted a head and had both compression in coolant system and water in oil..nothing broke I caught it in time just re surfaced head to ensure there straight and new gaskets and changed oil engine is still going hard

I haven't had a chance to drain the oil yet.

I had surgery on Wednesday and it has got me fuked up at the moment.

Sorry, I'm not following..........what does the intercooler have to do with the radiator?

Are you sure its the engine cooling system leaking and not the intercooler system leaking?

His inter cooler is completely inside the cab.
