Mast said my heads were on shelf to....still took long
Also welds are looking good, can see youre using SS filler
Now change cup angle some and tighten up the puddles. This will give you a stronger weld ....you look between the puddles youll see deep points....those points lead to possible tears
But making solid progress!!!

Mast is right in my back yard and I drive by there shop every other week when I go out of town for work. So if they give any ****, I'll just drop in and tighten them up.
I don't know this to be fact but I've heard that 16 low imp injectors can put quite the strain on the drivers.

Yeah, anything that doesn't see lots of load gets stainless filler cause it looks nicer and I agreee, I need to tighten up the puddles a bit.

I got invited to go look at a guys personal car collection today. He had about 40 cars, mostly vettes, and everything ranged from the 50's to the 90's (all from the big 3). Me and my dad were strolling along as he told us a bit about each car. We moved to the next one and he threw back the cover and it was an original unrestored 69 L88 Corvette. The kind of **** myths are made of. I had never seen a real one in person before. I asked him what he thought it was worth and he calmly said "about $500,000.00". Amazing!
I know that Chevy only made about 220 of these cars from 1967 to 1969. Obviously the Holy Grail would be a 67 (they only made 20 that year), but I wonder how many of these are still out there undiscovered? He said a 67 recently sold at auction for $3.5 Million.
Thought I would share.

Love the attention to details and the fact you purely built what you wanted and went off the beating path... Cant wait to see this thing up and going again

So I had Carl Rossler on the other end of the line today...............I now have an insane transmission coming for this thing. Its a Reid Case TH210-XHD with a roller tail housing.
There is not one thing wrong with the other one, just gonna try some different ratios.
