What are you currently running for headers before you have the new ones made?

 

I had been running the 2" Kooks with the 3.5" merge collector for an F-body. I still may run them, not sure yet.

The set I'm gonna build is a 2.25" primary with a 4.5" or 5" traditional collector (don't like merges on a blown deal). I've already got the flanges. Need to get the collectors and decided where I"m gonna put them. Then I can fill in the blanks.

1 piece? 3 piece? 5 piece?

 

Not sure what you are asking bud.

 

Split flange and slip on collector as in the link(more options for routing individual primaries around frame rails, steering shaft, etc) or all 1 piece like off the shelf headers?

Couple of examples:

 

The right side will likely be 1 piece. Not much in the way over there.

On the left I will have to deal with the steering stem. So I was maybe anticipating one or two tubes that will have to be separated.

I'll be using a double slip collector to make **** easier.
