It made just under 700rwhp and 15psi @6000rpm before I ran into serious belt slip. I made a new bracket and moved the procharger out onto it's own dedicated drive and it seems to be working, no more belt slip and a few more pounds of boost. I haven't been back to the dyno yet, but hopefully soon after I finish up a few things Track times will follow

Thats cool, you should be well over 700 now. Funny, my last dyno session I was only able to pull to 6000 and made 700 too. That was with the 346, but the little d1sc was already making 20 psi at that point. Burned the tranny up on the dyno.

I may have missed it but what is the diameter of tubing for the cage and the crossmember for the trans? Thanks, Preston.

Not sure on the tubing size bro. I'm thinking 1-5/8" for the cage tubing. Not sure on the x-member. Maybe the mad-crew will respond.

I'm beginning to get a little frustrated with how slow this project is going. I still don't have the interior completely finished up. I have all these ideas for ways to improve on the truck from how it was, and each little project takes about 4x as long as I anticipated. For example, I converted the boost gauge over from nylon tubing to braided -an line, well there isn't enough room for the braided line in the pillar pod so that had to be modified. I also had to modify the factory pillar for fitment and bolted the gauge pod to it to prevent it from moving around. That autometer pod is really a pos. Why can't they make a factory replacements like for the dodge diesels???

I made a switch panel using the old a/c control box and a piece of aluminum that madman cut up for me. It turned out awesome, but took forever to make (paint and jb weld curing time). It will look like it came that way stock though so thats cool.

One thing that really pisses me off. For those of you who have removed the factory pillars..............do you break the damn clip off??? I'll be going to the dealer this week to buy the 3rd one. I've since drilled the hole in the cab a little bigger to prevent this from happening again.

Just venting, I had a goal to have the interior completely finished by last weekend. I've got pics of these little things I'm doing, I'll post them later.

I've broken a few but not enough to where I couldn't jam them back in. They are rather fragile though, not meant for assemble and disassembly too many times.
