It's one of those new belt-driven turbos. From what I hear you only need one to go fast. that!

I mean why are all of the bars raw metal instead of painted, are you painting them yourself?

Funny, I was talking to Casey yesterday and he was telling me about his new rearend and the shipping weights for the axles, 3rd member, etc....he was like what do you think your rear weighs? I told him I had to run 35 psi in the slicks to get the rear wheels off the concrete lol! With as long as this project is taking, I would have been better off and could have afforded a fab-9. Live and learn.

For those wondering, I've been doing a bunch of work, but haven't had time to take many pics. I'll see if I can break the camera out before the end of the weekend.

What is the reasoning behind all the extream bracing of the rear end? I always thought it was way overkill. I understand trying to support it being it such a light duty rear for your aplication but ...

I would bet that it was a lot cheaper than the one below. Sounds like a great reason to do it that way to me. I would also bet that it will hold up just fine, even though you predicted otherwise earlier in this thread.

Awesome. The one I posted was not mine. I don't have enough power in my truck for one of those.

I know he was trying to keep cost down for now but no mater how stiff the housing is the axles will still break so the housing isn't the only weak point.
