I guess I'll be heading over there soon to pick it up then.

Went to see the engine builder this week...We finally have all the parts together and in one place. Cam is a custom grind by some guy Greg Good knows...it's a mild solid roller if I remember right its around .715/.735 lift and 248*/258* at .050 on a 116. These aren't exact numbers but pretty close.

Won't be long now.

O'yea, I'm about to put the stock 34" radiator and e-fans up for sale in the classifieds. They are the originals that came out of this truck so it only has about 20k miles on it.

Went and got the truck today. Everything looks real good, except it started pouring down rain about 2 hrs into the trip home. I've got a mess on my hands.

You have a two hour trip to get to madman's? That is a bummer but he sure is worth the drive!

The truck has all the glass in it correct? So just a good exterior cleaning is needed?

Looking good man! I've got a question about your cage. I got to thinking the other day and I'm not sure if this is how you guys went but if you were to consider the truck a "roadster" and built the cage as so I know you can cert a roadster with funny car style cage and no down/back tubes. But is that okay at the trucks weight. I'm just curious because I'd love to build a sleeper std cab short bed one day

You don't have to have the down bars if you do a funny car cage inside. It will cert to 7.50 that way in these trucks
