Update.. procharger is in.. tune is going along NICELY thanks to Allen..
i put on a 3.6 pulley, and a smaller belt.. i have to take it on a test ride pretty soon.. waiting to find a partner to watch the boost guage so i can keep my eyes on the road.. pics and video to follow:

Was your AFR bouncing up around 20 while idiling??

the AFR sensor needs to be replaced. it reads super rich, which the PCM is showing the opposite
