Thanks for the info! When I was looking, I couldn't really find anything about major failures, so are they a bit excessive, sure, but it's one less thing I have to worry about!
That was the very first thing I noticed when I opened the box!!
I haven't had a chance to test fit them yet though....

Maybe you can clarify that with Moser.

Since you are still 6 lug, and presumably will run stock wheels, this will not be an issue since the wheels should be HUBcentric. However, on my 5 lug setup, the wheels are LUGcentric and the short studs makes it a royal PITA to get the lug nuts on.

Yeah, I agree, definitely worth a phone call.
The plan is to run some form of stock GM wheels.

Great progress. It should run great! I'm excited to see how it turns out.

Another point on the wheel studs is at some point of speed you legally have to have long studs to make track officials happy. Never heard of them cracking down on anyone and don't know the speed, or E.T. but something to look into before you have to swap studs later down the road and it is together.

The build look killer so far!!!!

I think they want you to bump up to a 5/8" dia. stud too if memory serves me right.
Thanks for the input!
I plan to give Moser a call today and see what they say, I'll post up the solution when I have it!

Looks like a fun project!

Let me know when you want to put coilovers on the front
