Very nice on the header studs. Alot better way to go for many reasons.

they are GM 3.4 V6 manifold studs...About $1.50 each at the dealer. grade 9.8 and fit the LS heads perfectly...plus a 5mm head for easy install. i am using all metal lock nuts. when i took off the shorties, they were still nice and tight after a year.

that would make a header install so much easier. you got a part number for the studs and bolts?

Studs: 10182325 QTY: 12
Nuts: 11517031 QTY: 12

They come in packs of 5, so we will need 3 packs. Using studs will make putting the headers on some much freaking easier. I can't tell you the frustration I've had at times trying to hold the header flange up, lining up the gasket, and sticking the first bolt in all at the same time...

Are you running stock heads? Can't remember if you had anything done to them.

317s....ported and polished. 2.02 and 1.65 REV valves, 1.7 harland sharp rockers, manley double springs, manley seats, manley ti retainers, GM 3.8 valve seals.

stock other than that
