You would have to check for clearance but extend the header pipe down to the point where long tube headers would end and use header flanges there. cheap and easy and with a quick mod they dont leak. 71 headers have had the same gaskets for like 8 years.

I already have all the V-band clamps and rings ordered. I ordered 4, one for each header to Y pipe, one for the Y pipe to intermediate pipe, and one to go between the muffler and tailpipe.
If you can't tell, I want to be able to drop the whole exhaust out in pieces if the need ever arises. Will make welding it up easier, will make future maintenance easier, and if I do like I did on the brown truck, I can drop the exhaust out and give it a fresh coat of paint periodically. No I am not that ****, but it keeps it from rusting.

My dynomax I-pipe worked nicely. The person who decided to put a roll of clear tape and paper stickers on it should be shot though. 16" oval xr-1 is fairly mellow, but breaking in (louder) with miles. Has a nice tone

No such luck here. Better than a stock pipe or shitty local one for the dough though. Seems to have perked up a bit over stock pipe/d-max muffler. Keep up the good work man.

Laid the harness out and started labeling the connectors. The transmission gear module connection was cut off this harness. Will have to get another.
Then I eliminated the ones I didn't need (EVAP, Rear O2's, EGR, Oil Level, Coolant level, Cruise control, push button 4x4 controls) and started getting things ready to build a fuse panel. There are some grounds that need repairing.

I got home from work tonight and dug out my board of goodies.
Then got to work on my harness. Still not complete, but darn close
This is what I ended up with
1- ECM Constant
2- Fuel Pump
3- Injectors/ Coil – 1,3,5,7
4- injectors/ Coil – 2,4,6,8
5- MAF/O2's 12V switched
6- Random 12v feed - All the diagrams I read just said "12V switched feed"
7- ECM Switched
8- Transmission switched
2 relays - one for the fuel pump and one for the ignition switch to turn on all switched feeds.
