Default D-1-SC Pro Charger Installed

My 99 chevy P/U. Its a 2004 Corvette LS6 conversion, Cam only, 4L80 conversion, 3800 converter, and 4.10 gears. I decided to up the power with a ProCharger D1. It was a satin finish, had Relics and Rides out of Little Rock polish it, took Rick 1 hour to polish the Pro Charger and the brackets for $80.00 hell of a deal. We started the install today and this is what we ended the day with. Its not complete but I did drive it home. Its bypassing the boost right now as I'm still waiting on the new fuel pump and my gauges, should be here monday or tuesday. Once installed then we can get to the tuning. We are looking for 500 rw with around 10 psi. We put it on the dyno friday for a base line and it put down 389 rw with the 3800 converter unlocked. We might try to pull air from inside the fender. I don't like the way it sucks the engine heat. We didn't have time to mess with it today. I just wanted to get it on the truck and running. The kit is not made for the ls6 intake and that caused all sorts of problems with the pulleys so I had to make some custom idlers. We could not find the correct size belt in a 6 rib so after several belts and several hours we ended up using a 8 rib belt and had to cut two ribs off. It was not a bolt on type deal for sure. I'm really going to have to be careful with the I/C that bitch is low. Special thanks to my boy Kris @ KK Performance.

The 389 rwhp was straight motor before the Pro Charger install. Just so we could get a baseline as far as what the increases will be with the Pro Charger. At 10psi I'm hoping for somewhere around 480 to 500 rwhp.

The motor is a stock 10.5:1 cam olny (224/228 .609/.588 110LSA) LS6 out of an 04' Z06 with the stock heads. Truck pulls hard for a 5000lb ride, can't wait to get it tuned and see what kinda power it puts down with the Pro Charger.
