Being able to move really isn't a qualifying factor, It needs to be fully functioning where you'd hook up a trailer to it and do what's meant to be done with it.
Funny enough I googled "Tesla in Florida" for that pic, I wanted a background that seemed similar to what I might post.

You guys pressured me into doing something so I got the last brake installed and did a half assed brake bleed. It should be good enough to get it pulled into the shop sometime soon. I really really want to pull all the front end stuff apart to clean and paint it, but I think its better to get the motor in and the truck driving first.

I just got my 408 thru break in miles, it only took 9 months. Ha! I haven't been so excited to,drive since I was 16. That truck keeps me young! You need your boost fix back!
