Also Looks like I can get 13.00" rotors for the rear but not 13.5" which is what the 2020+ calipers typically use. Does anyone think it's worth getting a 13" rotor and seeing if it looks like it will work? 4 Pots on all four corners would be cool.

Bingo!!! Don't worry about it, you might be too old for that LOL

Nah it's all good. I only have hand tools basically. I don't even really get my impact gun out that much tbh

You also can't directly swap to 6 lug axles because of the housing width

Its already bigger than what you got, so why you trippin? Basically you've put NBS fronts on the rear of your truck, do 2020+ up front and be done with it, until SAS
Sorry I missed this, I agree not a big deal but If I'm gonna buy rotors I might as well entertain the 4pot swap. I also have a spare 4 pot caliper sitting around so if it's possible I'd like to discover it and put the info out for others since there are so many people H2 axle swapping these days.

I got the M18 big boi impact. The weight and power is insane. I'm glad you can adjust the setting otherwise it would be overkill for anything but lug nuts.

I've got the 3/8" stubby impact and that thing is a hoss for how small it is. I rarely ever pull my 1/2" now. To the point I can't even justify buying a battery operated one I use it so little.

Battery > air impact for just about everything under the sun. The castle nuts on the CV's on the RZR are 180ft/lbs and then align for a cotter pin. My lame *** Porter Cable 1/2 air impact didn't budge it (probably doesn't help that I only have a 2.5g compressor lol). Used my buddies 1/2 Snap-On electric and it spun them off with EASE on its lowest setting. I need to upgraded to the actual impacts, but I currently use an M18 impact drill with the 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2 adapters and it has worked flawlessly for me on both the truck and RZR.
