Ive measured my pr about 6 times now intake and exhaust and every time im.coming up with 7.225" zero lash add 0.050 for brian tooleys desired preload and thats 7.275"
does that number seem right for prc heads shaved 0.035 and btr lifters on a tsp220r?

I got myself a A/C tensioner for a 03 and ordered the bolts from GM, with the ASP crank a 34.2" belt was a snug fit but I'm glad I went that route over the 34.6" that ASP suggests, put the belt behind the crank, route over a/c, flex tensioner then hook onto crank, its to tight to do any other way
with the ASP over drive alt, I tried making a 89.5" belt fit but it was to small to hook under the idler, so the next step up is 90" which is the one ASP suggests
