Mike Wood is running the same 4L80 in him Dmax Mustang, been in the car since Drag Week last year.

What kind of spring are you guys running in the front in order to support the weight of that heavy-*** DM? I'm intersted to see how the car is going to hook with all the low end power going to two wheels and with it being so nose heavy. I'm surprised the DM even fit with the low hood line of a car. Did you guys have to lower it a buch in the subframe? What are you guys using for a frame anyway? It takes a lot less than 1800ft-lbs to twist a unibody with little subframe connectors.

The DM isnt all that much heavier then a blown big block. Hooking up is all in the suspension.

Well it sounds like a fun project for sure. You guys got that mustang to hook pretty well, so the Camaro should be similar. I wish they'd make a 5th gen diesel Camaro. Keep us posted!

The NX Mustang just ran a 10.14@136 with a 1.412 60' at Drag Week. Keep in mind this car was just fired up last week. Only thing left to do is turn on the bottle.

The Camaro didnt make Dragweek due to fuel delivery problems. Hopefully to get it lined out and make the Power Tour and other related things. I'll get more pics when we get the car back together. Thanks for all the replies guys.
